@Rentals started during December 2007 when Jana van Zyl took over the management of about 50 properties from a well known estate agency in the Helderberg region.

@Rentals is a registered close corporation, with Jana as principal and member.

We take pride in the fact that we are not an estate agency doing rentals, we are a rental company specializing in the letting of long term residential properties.

Our head office is based in Somerset-West in the Western Cape, we cover the Helderberg region, (Somerset West, Strand, Gordon’s Bay) Stellenbosch , and we recently opened a branch in the Northern Suburbs in Durbanville

Over the past two years we’ve grown from a one man show, to now Jana, two full time admin ladies, 2 full time agents, a full time inspector at our head office, and almost 200 properties on our books. We make use of quality contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc) to ensure the best service and quality to our tenants and landlords, and we also have a panel of lawyers for legal advice.

@Rentals are proud to be associated with the Tenant Profile Network (TPN) which we use to screen our tenants, as well as PAYPROP, our property management system, both these systems are used to improve our service to our clients.
